By enrolling in a membership with HP Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Memberships are designed to provide patients with ongoing access to treatments, exclusive benefits, and preferential pricing. Membership benefits are available only whilst the membership is active and payments are up to date.
Membership fees are payable monthly via direct debit or card payment.
Payments will be taken on the agreed date each month.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of membership benefits until the account is brought up to date.
Payments will be automatically raised as credit on your account and deducted from the total invoice at checkout. Payments are non-refundable or redeemable as cash.
All memberships are subject to a minimum term of 12 months.
During this period, payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the clinic.
