We have designed a range of membership schemes to help you spread the cost of your treatments over the next 12 months and also gives you access to exclusive discounts and offers.

Each membership scheme will run for a minimum of 12 months. All payments made will be allocated as credit on your account and redeemed against treatment at checkout. For more information, please see our terms and conditions below.

What is the HP Subscription Scheme?
The HP Membership Scheme is a subscription program offered by HP Aesthetics, designed to make your skincare and wellness journey more convenient, flexible, and rewarding. It allows you to become a part of our HP Club and access a range of exclusive benefits, including discounted treatments, products, and a flexible credit system.
Is the HP Scheme a financing option?
No, the HP Membership Scheme is not a financing option. It’s a membership program that simplifies the payment process for your treatments. It allows you to use your accumulated credit to pay for treatments or offset the balance, providing you with the convenience of prepaid aesthetics treatments.
How does the HP Membership Scheme work?
The HP Scheme works on a tiered membership system with three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold Membership. You choose the option that suits your preferences, frequency of visits, and budget. As a subscriber your monthly instalments, you’ll build up credit on your account that can be used for future treatments. This credit can be applied to the full treatment cost or towards the balance, depending on your needs.
Can I use my HP Membership Scheme credit for all products and services?
Yes, you can use your HP Subscription Scheme credit towards any products and services at HP Aesthetics. The flexibility of your credit allows you to tailor your aesthetics and wellness experience to your preferences.
Do I need to have the full treatment cost covered by my HP Membership Scheme credit?
No, it’s not necessary for your credit to cover the full treatment cost. You can use your credit to pay for treatments, and if it doesn’t cover the entire invoiced amount, you can pay the outstanding balance during your appointment. This flexibility ensures that you can enjoy treatments without financial stress.
What benefits do I receive as a HP member?
As a HP member you gain access to exclusive perks, reduced rates on treatments and products, a signature facial gift. You will also receive our monthly HP Club newsletter with exclusive offers and updates about upcoming events.
How can I join the HP Membership Scheme?
Joining is easy. Simply choose the membership level that suits you best and use the provided link to sign up through our secure partner, GoCardless. Your credit will automatically start building up on your account at HP Aesthetics, making your journey to prepaid skin care and wellness simple and stress-free.
Can I change my subscription level or cancel my membership?
You can change your subscription level at any time, but it’s important to note that the benefits of the new level will apply from the next billing cycle. If you decide to cancel your membership, you can do this at the end of the yearly subscription. As the yearly subscription unlocks discounts and complimentary benefits it has to run out for a whole year.

Terms & Conditions

Membership Period: The membership period is a minimum of 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Membership Fees: Membership fees will be charged monthly via GoCardless and first month’s payment must be paid in full prior to receiving any discounts. Payments will be automatically raised as credit on your file and deducted from the total invoice at checkout. Fees are non-refundable or redeemable as cash.

Cancellation Policy: Memberships cannot be paused but they may be cancelled at any time, with a 30-day written notice via email to info@hpaesthetics.com. Any treatments or products received at a discounted rate within this time must be paid back in full upon cancellation.

Money-Back Guarantee: As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your contract and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your agreement application form. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you select to commence your treatment immediately, you agree that if you subsequently cancel your agreement within 14 days, you will pay the balance of the treatment or package, less an amount for the payments you have already paid commencing from the first day after joining.

Missed Appointments: If a member misses an appointment, a £50 payment will be deducted from your credit.

Membership Non-transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with anyone else.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email.

Laser top ups- membership holders are entitled to 50% off laser top ups. Only valid for previous clients who have already completed a course of six laser hair removal sessions on the same treatment area. 

By enrolling in the monthly skin membership program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
