Try to gently move the treated muscles (e.g. frowning, raising brows) in the first few hours.
Mild redness, swelling, or small bumps may occur and usually settle quickly
Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 24 hours.
Avoid exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat (e.g. saunas, hot baths) for 24 hours.
Avoid facials or other skin treatments for 1–2 weeks.
